i thought breakfast was great and the staff was lovely. i got an upgrade to my room when i arrived. this was because it was my anniversary. i also got a complimentary box of chocolates in my room.
the check in was poor with little interaction. our room was not ready but i expected this. i had to ask where i could go to wait. i was guided to a lounge and offered a cupboard to put my bags in.

The hotel seemed a little worn. the carpets in public areas looked quite grubby and the housekeeping trolleys were left out. the spa loungers were not wiped down regularly, which wasn't very appealing. the lack of attention to these details. I'm not sure i would come back.

i booked two nights. i was surprised to see the carpets in the hallways looked old and stained. the decor seemed dated , also uninspiring. the windows and balconies looked like they had not been cleaned for weeks , so much dirt there.

i really enjoyed the modern bathrooms and super large room sizes. the breakfast views made my mornings lovely and the lounge area was superb.
during my visit, i found the plug hole in the bathroom sink needing a bit of bleach. this was a minor detail, but addressing it would enhance the overall cleanliness i expect.

the staff members were remarkably courteous and accommodating which made me feel welcome. their attentiveness and dedication definitely stood out. the service was impeccable throughout my visit.

the hotel offers quick access to the village, perfect for short walks and explorations. the views overlooking the lake are magnificent and provide a calming backdrop. the scenery created a relaxing environment.

the breakfast buffet included many choices the pastries were fresh i also appreciated the attentive staff in the dining area. the location allowed easy access to local trails and shops. the room included a large bath and walk in shower it was very clean and well maintained.
the bar was occasionally understaffed which caused slight delays.
